By contributing to the CSM Endowment Fund (CEF), you also contribute to
the long-term security of the CSM and have your name associated with it
in perpetuity.
The CSM board established the CEF in 2008. As of
February, 2011, 180 skiers and friends of the CSM have donated a total
of $38,000. Our sincere gratitude goes to them,
(click on “list of donors” to see the complete
list). Thanks to them, we have made a great start,
but we have a long way to go.
The donors’ names are associated with the CSM in perpetuity in the
following categories:
Donors of $5000 + are recognized as Gold
CSM Benefactors.
Donors of $1000 + are recognized as Laurentian
Shield CSM Benefactors.
Donors of $500 + are recognized as Jack
Rabbit CSM Benefactors.
Those giving $100 or more will join the CSM Honour Roll.
Donors of up to $99 are designated as Friends of the CSM.
We need to receive donations from as many people as
possible: skiers, past and present, and other friends of
the CSM. When we have a significant number of
names, we will then approach the various levels of government for major
contributions to the Fund. Therefore please donate even a
small amount, so that we can put your name on the list and build a
stronger case for government support.

Note: at this stage, the
CSM is unable to issue a charitable receipt for donations to the
endowment fund.
